Typically home owners will employ an architect to produce detailed drawings of an extension or alterations. We work directly from these drawings to prepare calculations and sketches suitable for submission for Building Regulations Approval.
Working closely with architects, developers and builders/contractors we provide engineering services to deliver schemes ranging from single plot sites to large scale developments. These include civil and structural design and drawing services, for buildings, retaining walls, roads, drainage and foundations solutions.
Due to changes in building regulations in October 2023, any submission to Building Control requires a Principal Designer which would be your Architect.
